I started my life slicing bread in a factory. Today I lead a global sales organisation operating in over 60 countries worldwide. The journey between those two points was not built on luck. It was built on decisions — made one step at a time, with complete clarity about who I was, what I wanted, and why it mattered.
This handbook takes you through the same 10 steps I used — and still use today. Work through each step honestly. Write everything down. Do not skip sections. The answers you find here are yours alone.
This handbook is the companion to Born with the Power to Win by Ayo Olaseinde — available now in paperback, Kindle, and audiobook.
Before you can plan where you are going, you must be honest about where you are. This step is not about criticism — it is about clarity. Accept who you are today as your starting point, not your end point.
List your strengths, habits, achievements and personality. Include everything, big or small. These answers are for your eyes only.
Be honest. This is for your eyes only.
From your ✓ list, write the changes you are committing to:
This is the most important question you will ever answer. Not what you have settled for — but what your life is truly about. Take your time here.
Find 30 minutes somewhere quiet. Breathe deeply. Clear your mind. Focus on your future. Then write.
Most people settle for the lives they have. Successful people go after the lives they want. Set a target date, confirm you truly desire each goal.

From Step 3, identify your single most important goal in each area. Write them here and read them every day.
Your beliefs set the ceiling on your results. Surface the beliefs that hold you back — then replace them.
Every area of life moves through seasons. Which season are you in right now?
A goal without a plan is a wish. Build the road. Then remove fear by confronting the worst that could happen — and making peace with it.
90% of what we worry about never happens. Write it down, face it, make peace with it.
Accept the worst possible outcome.
Is this the end — or a new beginning?
Most people quit just before the breakthrough. Decide now — before you face pressure — exactly what it would take for you to walk away from each goal.
"Never, never quit" — unless the cost of continuing outweighs everything.
Taking full responsibility for your life is the most powerful decision you will ever make. Nothing holds you back like unresolved anger.
For each of your major goals, write: "I take full responsibility for achieving this goal."
List everyone and everything you are still carrying resentment toward. Forgive them — not for their sake, but for yours.
"I forgive you. I release you.
I choose to move forward free."
Everything you have written means nothing without action. The plan below turns your goals into a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly commitment.
You were not given this knowledge to keep to yourself. Once you have experienced what clarity, goals, and committed action can do — your responsibility is to share it.
Who in your team, family, or community needs to go through this handbook?
I have the discipline to follow through on all my action plans.
I accept who I am today as my beginning, not my end.
I commit to the goals I have written here.
I take full responsibility for achieving them.
Anything is possible — why not me?™
